I saw this little purse on Etsy It Up. I love houndstooth, and the tag on this says Gussy. this little treasure went to my mom.....Gussy just happens to be my dads nickname..

I fell in love with this necklace when it first came out. Lisa Leonard is one of my favorite jewelry designers......right after I ordered this for my sister the sermon at churh was about how to get to heaven......by grace alone.........of course I had to order myself one.......

prayers for my dad

My dad is an esophegial Cancer survivor. He has endured many treatments over the last three years. In May of this year he was in remission......Praise God......well.......one of his blood tests came back elevated, so they decided to do a PET scan this week. The lesion on his liver is back.....the stubborn thing will NOT go away. My dad amazes me with his strength. The doctors are now deciding what our next move. My dad still looks good, feels good, and comes to work every day! Please pray for healing!!!!

Caroline and I were watching Say Yes to the Dress Friday night. One of the brides was trying on a dress that cost $6900.00. Caroline said "Mom how much did your dress cost?", I said, "200.00", she said " Where did you get it at The Goodwill Store"!!!!!!!

My dad asked me if I would look someone up on "Space Book"...........ah dad....it is called "Face Book"!!!!!!
