Our New Arrival!!!!!

We decided Daisy needs a playmate! We have been waiting patiently for her mom to have another litter! The babies were born yesterday, Bella had three girls and three boys! We get first pick of the litter. The breeder wants us to wait a few weeks before we decide our pick! We are also trying to think of a name.....I had an easier time naming three kids, then I am naming this puppy! The mom is a Cavalier King Charles, and the Dad is a Bichon. Daisy and her new friend will have the same mom, but different dads!

I had a bit of an incident last week.........slipped, hit my head on the side of a car....which broke my fall....then my head it the ice. It stunned me a little, when I sat up I thought I was ok until I felt the blood running down my neck. Thank goodness my friend Marilyn was with me, she kept me calm. I asked her to call my mom....I guess it doesn't matter how old I am, I always want my mom!! My sister was just leaving so she was able to take me to the hospital...... 4 staples later I was on my way home! My mom and dad puchased these for me.....I was skeptical at first, but they really do work well!! I still wonder if I need an MRI, CAT Scan etc......they assure me I am fine!!!

Thankful for a New Year!!!

I am so happy to say good-bye to 2008, and hello to 2009........with my dad being sick the last 18 months, it has been very stressful for me. I try to not think about his cancer, but I am a worrier, have always been, and will always be! He is feeling great, and I am so grateful that I get to work with him every day......especially when he is in a good mood.....HA!!

The kids had a great Christmas. As they get older they are realizing what Christmas is really about. They also finally figured out that I buy my own gifts.....they asked me why.....I said " Momma don't like to be surprised"!!!!! Jim did get me a Sephora gift card...my favorite store that I could spend hours at!

I also suprised the kids with their 11 year old Dr.'s visit! The poor things had to get 5 shots... Grant had to only get 4.......they are done now until they go to college.......they complained for days, and then we saw our DR. at church, they told him they were mad at him!!!!

My sister and I also started making some very cute signs. We are calling our business.....The Signs of Life.....bringing words to life......we are having so much fun making them. Our new spring line will be coming soon........

Cookie Bar Pizza!!

Here is the recipe for the Cookie Bar Pizza. My sister-in-law Tracy gave it to me, and she is a MUCH better baker then I am!!!

2 rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough

3 packs of M&M's

3 snicker bars chopped up

3 two packs of peanut butter cups chopped up

peant butter

choc chips

Bake the cookie dough until golden brown on top

While the cookie dough is hot dabble peanut butter and a hand full of chocolate chips

Spread on top of the hot cookie. It will start to melt, but just keep spreading.

While the cookie is still hot top with M&M's, peanut butter cups, and snicker bars.

Wait for it to cool.....

Happy 11th Birthday!!!!

My babies turned 11 yesterday. I can't believe how fast time goes by!!!! We celebrated with my whole family on Sunday night, and then the five of us went out for dinner last night. They wanted to go to a place where they got free dessert!!!!


1st born arrived at 12:45...weighing in at 4lbs 9oz

2nd born at 12:46 weighing in at 4lbs

3rd born arrived at 12:47.....weighing in at 4lbs 13 oz......

They were actually due on January 26th, but they decided to come a little early.......we got the tax write off, but 10 days before Christmas......holy moly!!!!
