I can see!!!!

We took the kids for their 11 year old check-up. They nurse says "Caroline, can you read that chart at the end of the hall, and tell me the letters.....she says "nope".....I said......"Caroline, read the chart"....she says "I can't see it"......"WHAT!!!!!", ."I can't see the chalk board at school either".......so glad she waited to tell us at the doctors office............she can now see, and she looks adorable in her new specs!

Our baby is 3 weeks old today. I just wish we could decide which one to get. I wonder if Jim would let be buy them all????? The breeder has been SO helpful Halfpint Puppies!!!!! The puppy on top has a heart shape on her belly, so that is the one the kids want!! We just need to make a decision, and also decide on a name!

gift card drama......

I received five gift cards to my favorite store for Christmas! I was so excited, I had them all neatly hidden in my billfold. Last Friday night Caroline and I decided to go to the mall so I could use them, and purchase some perfume I have been dreaming about.......I get to the check out, and pass my gift cards over to the check-out girl.......she slides my gift card through the slider thingy.......she says "I am sorry, this card has not been activated" WHAT, "this card has not been activated"...I almost started to tear up........now what do I do......"do you have the receipt".....no it was a gift........well......."you really need to find the receipt" , it was a gift, I do not have the receipt...soooorrrrryyyyyy maaammmmm . So now what do I do??????????

Twins?

I have two brothers, one is the oldest, and the other one is the baby! They are partners in a business. There was a picture of my older brother in the paper this week about their business......he looks a lot like my dad, but there is 23 years between them. Everyone thinks it is my dad in the paper, and they keep telling us how good he looks even with his cancer!!!!!!

My brothers own a business together, and there was an article in the paper about it! This is my soon to be three year old nephew Nicholas reading the article.....and also going potty for the first time!! He looks so serious!

Rascall Flats was in town the other night. My mom, sister, nieces, the girls, and I all went. We had a blast. The joy was watching Caroline sing every word to every song they have every sang!
My first concert was Elvis Presley...I even remember what I wore, and my wedge shoes!
