Hey there!!! My daughter wore shorts and a T shirt today! IT is warm and muggy....only in Texas could it be in the teens last week and 75 this week!! WIERD!! ANYWAY! The SHAKES ARE AWESOME!!!!! They make you feel full and they are delish!!!!! NOT SHAKEY AT ALL! I also eat one of their Chocolate fudge protien bars..mid morning for a snack...according to the Wii fir I have lost 4.5 since las friday!! :) I think I am going to start selling it soon if you want to get some! :)
Ok the ETSY thing...go to your YOUR ETSY....then on the left hand side towards the bottom it says promote....then you ckick on ETSY mini.....then choose items from my favorites...then gallery....then the # you want! :)
I hope you understand...i am terrible about explaining stuff!!!
